After spending the past six weeks in Punta Gorda with Jeff's folks we are making a late run to Surprise for a post Christmas visit with our daughters and their families.
Jeff's dad has had two operations and has had a rough month. He is on the mend and hopefully will get to enjoy the holidays at home. It hardly seems possible we have been in Florida for a month and a half but we did enjoy Thanksgiving with the folks and Jeff's cousin Colleen and her son as well as several visits with fellow Mexico caravaners.
We are spending the night just east of Pensacola after a long day driving up from south Florida. We made the requisite stop for fresh fruit and pecans for the drive west.
It is time to start keeping the blog up to date so it becomes a New Year's resolution for 2008!
