Full Timing

It has now been three weeks since the closing on our house, a very busy three weeks! We have been living in the motorhome and getting adjusted to our new life. It has been rather hectic and will not change much for awhile. The next stage will be when Jeff finishes working and we start traveling.

Last weekend (Labor Day) was spent back over the Cascades in Leavenworth with Sue's brother Gerry and his wife Garry. It was a relaxing weekend in the mountains and a quaint Bavarian village spent sightseeing, wine tasting, talking, and reminiscing. Sue leaves for Illinois week after next for a 10 day stay with Laurie, Roger, and Payton.

We are down in Netarts Oregon for the monthly FMCA chapter meeting of the Puget Sounders. This month is chapter elections which ends Jeff's term as President and Sue's as Sec/Treas. Netarts is a beautiful seashore town know for its crabbing and other shell fish. The weather has been beautiful here with early fall weather and breath-taking vistas.

With Katrina in the news our life seems quite sedate compared to those affected by the storm.
