Maine or Bust - Dickinson, North Dakota

We are sitting in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Dickinson after a long day of driving from St Cloud, MN to Dickinson, sixty miles from the Montana border.

Busy week. Sue went to Peoria for the depositions and Jeff called on his customer in Indianapolis Monday and Tuesday morning. We met at our daughter Laurie’s Tuesday evening for last good byes (really hard as were the ones in Portland when the kids left for Hawaii) and headed for Seattle. The weather is still very warm in the Midwest. Today was the coolest yet in the mid eighties with forecast for low nineties tomorrow. Hope to be in the mountains of Montana tomorrow with lower temps.

Good traveling so far with light traffic up here and the Tradewinds humming like a top. We stayed at a great KOA in St Cloud and rested up for today. Tomorrow afternoon we will be stopping to see a couple who are members of the RV Forum and have hookups for guest who stop by Lewistown, MN. We will spend Friday afternoon and evening with them before heading to Spokane Washington Saturday and back to Arlington Sunday.

Tomorrow makes four weeks on the road. We have traveled 6500 hundred miles so far with about 1250 to go.
